The diocese operates wellness centers inside several of our churches. On 5/26, a new one opens at St. Paul's in Chester in partnership with Widener University. They will begin by offering blood pressure checks and health education. When the clinic is in full operation it will offer nurse practitioner services to the community. In this new era where global travel has been curtailed but where global Christian fellowship is needed more than ever, the diocese' Global Mission Commission is challenging parishes to imagine and then share ideas with us. This is a two day event on 6/26 and 7/17 to help Episcopal teens connect their faith with racial healing. Using the outstanding curriculum Dismantling Racism: A Youth Curriculum, this event will help middle school and high school youth have conversations about race and build relationships to address systemic racism in their context.
